Air Fryer Pizza Pockets

These air fryer pizza pockets will soon be a favourite for your kids' lunchboxes. Quick and easy to make in just 10 minutes, they're perfect for getting the kids involved. Simply spread tomato sauce on a wrap, sprinkle with Italian herbs and garlic granules, top with salami or ham and grated cheese, fold into a parcel, and pop into the air fryer for 8 minutes. How easy is that!

A great alternative to the classic ham and cheese sandwich, these pizza pockets can be made the night before to save time in the morning. Ideal for lunchboxes, an after-school treat, or a simple Friday night dinner. Enjoy!

Air Fryer Pizza Pockets

A nice alternative to the classic ham and cheese sandwich. Make these pizza pockets the night before to save time in the morning. Perfect for the lunchboxes, an after school treat, or a simple easy Friday night dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 large wrap
  • Tomato sauce
  • Italian herbs
  • Garlic granules
  • Salami or ham
  • Grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Lay a wrap on a cutting board and drizzle tomato sauce in the middle. Spread the sauce out using the back of a spoon.
  2. Sprinkle Italian herbs and garlic granules over the sauce.
  3. Lay salami/ham over the herbs and top with grated cheese.
  4. Fold the wrap to make a parcel shape. Fold the sides in first. Then fold the bottom over the filling and continue until you have a parcel.
  5. Preheat the air fryer 180ºC. Place the pizza pockets into the air fryer basket seam-side down and cook for 8 minutes or until golden.

Notes

You can choose any pizza filling you wish.
