Ingredients

  • 375g milk or dark chocolate melts
  • 1-2 cups salted pretzels
  • 200g mini speckled chocolate eggs
  • 2-3 tablespoons Easter sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
  2. Place the chocolate melts into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium power for 60 seconds. Stir well.
  3. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring between each burst, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the lined tray and spread evenly using the back of a spoon or spatula.
  5. Press the pretzels gently into the melted chocolate. Scatter over the mini speckled eggs and sprinkles, pressing lightly so they stick.
  6. Place the tray in the fridge for 1-2 hours, or until completely set.
  7. Once firm, break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Top Tips:

  • Use good quality chocolate: Better chocolate = better flavour and smoother melting.
  • Work quickly: Add toppings while the chocolate is still warm so everything sticks properly.
  • Press gently: Lightly press toppings into the chocolate so they don’t fall off once set.
  • Keep chilled: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
