Blueberry Smoothie

With the warmer weather rolling in and summer just around the corner, smoothies are quickly becoming my go-to snack drink during the day. There’s something so satisfying about a cool, creamy smoothie when the sun is shining!

One of my all-time favourite ingredients? Blueberries! These little pockets of goodness are not only packed with antioxidants but are also known to boost your immune system. I love tossing them into everything - from fruit salads to chia puddings, Bircher muesli, yoghurt  and even cocktails!  We always keep a few punnets of blueberries in the fridge and a stash in the freezer for easy access!

This Blueberry Smoothie is one of my absolute favourites, perfect for a quick breakfast, post-workout snack, or just when you’re craving something sweet and refreshing.
