Ingredients

  • 1 x 250g Arnott’s Marie or Arrowroot biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
  • Extra: ½ cup Desiccated coconut for rolling

Instructions

  1. Place the biscuits in a food processor and blitz until they become fine crumbs. Add the cocoa powder and coconut, then pulse a few times to combine.
  2. Pour in the condensed milk and mix until the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Using heaped teaspoons of the mixture, roll into balls, then coat each ball in extra coconut.
  4. Place the balls on a plate as you prepare them. Once done, refrigerate until chilled.

Notes

If you don't have a food processor: place the biscuits into a large snap-lock bag and, using a wooden rolling pin, crush them until they reach a breadcrumb consistency.
