Chocolate Balls
Ingredients
- 1 x 250g Arnott’s Marie or Arrowroot biscuits
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
- Extra: ½ cup Desiccated coconut for rolling
Instructions
- Place the biscuits in a food processor and blitz until they become fine crumbs. Add the cocoa powder and coconut, then pulse a few times to combine.
- Pour in the condensed milk and mix until the ingredients are well combined.
- Using heaped teaspoons of the mixture, roll into balls, then coat each ball in extra coconut.
- Place the balls on a plate as you prepare them. Once done, refrigerate until chilled.
Notes
If you don't have a food processor: place the biscuits into a large snap-lock bag and, using a wooden rolling pin, crush them until they reach a breadcrumb consistency.
