Ingredients

  • 180g block Cadbury’s Milk Chocolate or Caramilk chocolate
  • 5g copha
  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup Allens raspberry lollies, cut in half
  • ¼ cup crispy M&M’s
  • ¼ cup crispy M&M’s, crushed
  • Sprinkles (any kind are suitable)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
  2. In a small microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate and copha in the microwave. Melt on medium heat for 1 minute, stir, continue to heat on medium heat for 30 seconds stirring between each interval until all the chocolate is melted.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate on the baking paper lined tray. Spread out using the back of a spoon or a spatula.
  4. Working quickly, sprinkle the lollies over the melted chocolate. You need to work fast, before the chocolate sets (particularly if you live in a cool climate).
  5. Place the tray in the fridge for 1-2 hours or until set.
  6. Once the chocolate has set, break apart using your hands.
