Garlic Bread Pizza Pull Apart
Ingredients
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic granules
- ½ teaspoon Italian herbs
- 1 loaf of garlic bread
- Pizza sauce (see recipe above)
- Pepperoni, salami, or ham
- 1–1 ½ cups grated cheese
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
- Use immediately or store in a sterilised glass jar in the fridge for later.
- Preheat your oven to 160ºC fan-forced.
- Place the garlic bread loaf on a cutting board and slice along the pre-cut lines. Arrange the pieces closely together on a lined baking tray.
- Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce over each piece.
- Add your choice of pepperoni, salami, or ham, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
