Mango Margarita Slushie

This Mango Margarita Slushie is pure holiday mode in a glass! Sweet, fruity and just the right amount of boozy, it’s perfect for BBQs, girls’ night, Christmas parties, New Year’s Eve or any hot summer day.

Ingredients

  • 1L mango nectar
  • 150 mL tequila
  • 90 mL Cointreau
  • 50 mL sugar syrup
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Optional: salt, Tajín or sugar for rimming glasses

Instructions

  1. In a 2L jug, combine mango nectar, tequila, Cointreau, sugar syrup and lime juice.
  2. Pour the mixture into your slushie machine.
  3. Set the machine to spiked slushie mode (or your machine’s standard slushie mode if it doesn’t have a spiked/cocktail option).
  4. Freeze for 20 minutes or until the slushie reaches desired slushie consistency.
  5. Rim glasses with salt, Tajín or sugar if desired.
  6. Serve immediately, sip and enjoy!
