Okay… confession time: I had no idea a slushie machine could be this life-changing 😂. After months of them being sold out everywhere, I finally got one and made my very first Mango Weiss Slushie. The result? Instant summer magic in a cup!

This recipe quickly became the most requested drink of the season. Sweet mango nectar, a splash of cream and the frosty perfection from the slushie machine. It’s simple, fun and guaranteed to get everyone excited (especially when the kids are happily slurping away!).

With just two main ingredients -mango nectar and cream - this slushie is super easy to make but delivers maximum summer vibes. Ready in just 20 minutes, it’s an effortless crowd-pleaser that’s perfect for holidays, pool days, backyard BBQs or even a quiet afternoon treat at home.

Mango Weiss Slushie

This Mango Weiss Slushie is pure summer in a cup! Sweet, creamy and refreshingly cold, it’s perfect for holidays, pool days, BBQs or just keeping the kids happy (and quiet!) for a few blissful minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 L mango nectar
  • ½ cup of thickened cream

Instructions

  1. Pour 1L of mango nectar into your slushie machine.
  2. Add a ½ cup of cream.
  3. Turn your slushie machine to slushie mode.
  4. Wait 20 minutes for it to reach perfect slushie consistency.
  5. Serve immediately in chilled glasses for a refreshing summer treat.

Notes

Top Tips:

  • Chill nectar: Keep your mango nectar in the fridge to chill before making the slushie for best results.
  • Adult version: Add 125ml malibu, vodka, bacardi or gin for a frozen cocktail version.
