This Nutella Mudslide Cocktail is rich, creamy and indulgent. Made with Nutella, Baileys, vodka, Frangelico and vanilla ice cream, it’s the ultimate chocolate dessert drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Nutella
  • 60 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 30 ml vodka
  • 30 ml Frangelico
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 heaped scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 handful ice cubes
Optional garnish:
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Whipped cream in a can
  • Grated chocolate

Instructions

  1. Add the Nutella, Baileys, vodka and Frangelico to a blender.
  2. Pour in the milk and add the vanilla ice cream.
  3. Add a handful of ice cubes.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside your cocktail glasses if desired.
  6. Pour the Nutella Mudslide mixture into the glasses and serve immediately.
  7. Optional: Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.

Top Tips:

  • Warm the Nutella slightly: If your Nutella is thick, microwave it for 10 seconds so it blends smoothly.
  • Make it extra fancy: Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glass before pouring the cocktail for a café-style presentation and top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
