Nutella Strawberry Croissants

Ingredients
- 1 x Woolworths All Butter Croissants 3-pack
- ¼ cup Nutella
- Whipped cream (in a can or freshly whipped)
- ½ punnet strawberries, sliced
- 2 teaspoons icing mixture
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160ºC fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Slice croissants in half horizontally and place both halves cut-side down on the tray.
- Bake for 6–7 minutes or until lightly golden and crisp. Set aside to cool.
- Spread Nutella over the base and top of each croissant.
- Top with sliced strawberries and a swirl of whipped cream.
- Gently place the croissant lid on top and dust with icing sugar before serving.
