Quick and Easy Nachos
Ingredients
- 1 bag Doritos corn chips
- 1 jar Old El Paso Nacho/Taco sauce
- 2 cups grated cheese
- Optional extras:
- Sour cream/Greek yoghurt
- Coriander, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven 180º - 200ºC and line a baking tray with alfoil and baking paper.
- Layer the chips on the bottom of the tray.
- Scatter the sauce over the chips (I used about ½ - ¾ of the jar)
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Pop in the oven for 4-5 minutes. Or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve as is, or you can add sour cream/Greek yoghurt and coriander if desired
