Ingredients

  • 150g Self Raising Flour
  • 150g Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200ºC (390ºF). Line a baking tray with baking paper. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, Greek yogurt, salt, and oil until a dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute, or until smooth.
  4. Roll out the dough into a circle or shape it to fit the edges of your baking tray. If using a pizza stone, prepare the pizza on a piece of baking paper to easily transfer it to the stone.
  5. Top the dough with your favourite toppings.
  6. Bake in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the pizza is golden brown.
