Say hello to your new favourite summer cocktail! Inspired by the iconic 80s Sex on the Beach, this fruity delight has been given a fresh, festive twist. The addition of zesty orange brings a citrusy sparkle to the classic mix of peach schnapps, Cointreau, and cranberry juice.

• ½–1 nip peach schnapps
• ½–1 nip Cointreau
• ¼ cup cranberry juice
• Juice of 1 lime wedge
