2-Minute Raspberry Sorbet
Summer calls for simple, refreshing dessert and my 2-Minute Raspberry Sorbet is an absolute favourite!
Fruity, creamy and ready in no time! Made with just four simple ingredients, this dairy-free sorbet blends frozen raspberries, egg white, sugar and vanilla into the dreamiest, light-as-air texture. Perfect for hot days, quick desserts or when you need something sweet in a hurry!
I love using a mix of frozen berries, mango or even dragon fruit. That bright pink colour makes it so fun and inviting! Serve it straight away for a soft texture or freeze it for an easy-to-scoop, ice-cream-style dessert.
Whether you serve it straight from the blender for a soft-serve style or freeze it for a scoopable sorbet, it’s guaranteed to impress. Bright, tangy and perfectly sweet. This raspberry sorbet recipe is your go-to for effortless summer desserts.
