Ingredients

  • 500 ml full cream milk
  • 125 ml thickened cream
  • 60 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 60 ml chocolate topping
Optional
  • Whipped cream in a can
  • Chocolate topping for decoration

Instructions

  1. Pour the full cream milk, thickened cream, sweetened condensed milk and chocolate topping into a large jug. Whisk to combine.
  2. Pour into your slushie machine.
  3. Select the Milkshake setting on your machine.
  4. Allow the machine to churn until the mixture reaches a thick, icy milkshake consistency.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately while cold and creamy.
  6. Optional decorations - drizzle chocolate topping around the inside of the glass and finish off with whipped cream in a can and a drizzle of chocolate topping.

Notes

Top Tips:

  • Use cold ingredients: Starting with chilled milk and cream helps the slushie thicken faster.
  • Adjust sweetness: If you prefer a less sweet milkshake, reduce the condensed milk slightly. NB You still need some sugar for a creamy texture.
  • Extra chocolate: Drizzle chocolate topping inside the glasses before pouring the slushie. Top with whipped cream in a can and a drizzle of chocolate topping for a fun café-style finish.
