Ingredients
- 1L egg nog
- 300ml thickened cream
- 125ml sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 30ml Baileys, rum or bourbon
- Whipped cream
- Cinnamon sugar
- Sugar syrup (for glass rim)
Instructions
- In a jug, whisk together the egg nog, thickened cream, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon and nutmeg until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into your slushie machine.
- Set the machine to Slushie Mode and allow it to freeze until thick and slushy.
- If making a cocktail version, add Baileys, rum or bourbon and switch to Spiked Slushie Mode.
