Egg Nog Slushie

This Egg Nog Slushie is a creamy frozen Christmas drink made with eggnog, cream and festive spices. Serve it as a mocktail or add Baileys, rum or bourbon for an easy holiday cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1L egg nog
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 125ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
Optional for spiked version
  • 30ml Baileys, rum or bourbon
For garnish
  • Whipped cream
  • Cinnamon sugar
  • Sugar syrup (for glass rim)

Instructions

  1. In a jug, whisk together the egg nog, thickened cream, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon and nutmeg until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into your slushie machine.
  3. Set the machine to Slushie Mode and allow it to freeze until thick and slushy.
  4. If making a cocktail version, add Baileys, rum or bourbon and switch to Spiked Slushie Mode.
  5. Prepare your glasses by dipping the rim into sugar syrup, then into cinnamon sugar if desired.
  6. Pour the egg nog slushie into glasses.
  7. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar before serving.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your festive frozen Christmas drink.
