- 100g white chocolate
- 12 digestive chocolate biscuits
- 12 red M&Ms
- 24 green M&Ms
Instructions
- Place white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1-1.5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly - it should be melted but not hot.
- Transfer melted chocolate to a piping bag or snap-lock bag. Snip off a small corner.
- Pipe the white chocolate over the top half of each biscuit to create a “custard drip” effect.
- Place one red M&M and two green M&Ms on the melted chocolate to resemble holly.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
Notes
Top Tips
Cool chocolate: Let the melted white chocolate cool for a minute so it’s thick enough to pipe without running.
Kid activity: Set up a decorating station so the kids can do the holly berries!
Make ahead: These keep well for 7 days in an airtight container.
Swap it: Use Jaffas, mini red Smarties or spearmint leaves if you don’t have M&Ms.
