Ingredients
- 180g block Cadbury’s Milk Chocolate or Caramilk chocolate
- 5g copha
- ¼ cup mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup Allens raspberry lollies, cut in half
- ¼ cup crispy M&M’s
- ¼ cup crispy M&M’s, crushed
- Sprinkles (any kind are suitable)
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
- In a small microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate and copha in the microwave. Melt on medium heat for 1 minute, stir, continue to heat on medium heat for 30 seconds stirring between each interval until all the chocolate is melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate on the baking paper lined tray. Spread out using the back of a spoon or a spatula.
- Working quickly, sprinkle the lollies over the melted chocolate. You need to work fast, before the chocolate sets (particularly if you live in a cool climate).
- Place the tray in the fridge for 1-2 hours or until set.
- Once the chocolate has set, break apart using your hands.
