Lamb Koftas
Ingredients
- 500g lamb mince
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- ¼ cups mint leaves, roughly chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
