English Muffin Pizzas
Ingredients
- 1 English muffin per person
- Tomato sauce
- Barbecue sauce
- Italian herbs
- Garlic granules
- Ham
- Grated cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven 180ºC and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Cut your English muffin in half and lay cut side up on the lined baking tray.
- Squeeze tomato and barbecue sauce over each English muffin half and spread out with a spoon.
- Sprinkle it with Italian herbs and garlic granules.
- Add a small amount of grated cheese.
- Top with ham and extra cheese. Sprinkle it with extra Italian herbs and garlic granules.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
