These Rocky Road Bites are the perfect sweet treat for your Christmas celebrations! Ingredients

  • 150g milk chocolate melts
  • ⅓ cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped (optional)
  • 12 Allen’s raspberry lollies cut in half (or other red jube lolly)
  • ⅓ cup mini marshmallows
  • ⅓ cup red and green M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Place the chocolate melts in a small glass bowl and melt. If using the microwave, heat on medium in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until just melted.
  2. Spoon a teaspoon of melted chocolate into each silicone mini muffin hole.
  3. Quickly top each with 1 red and 1 green M&M, a few marshmallows, ½ raspberry, and ½ almond.
  4. Allow to set in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Once set, pop them out and serve.

Notes

The toppings can be modified as desired
