Pistachio Cranberry Bliss Balls
Christmas treats don’t always have to involve chocolate… although you know I’m usually happy to make room for it! These easy Pistachio and Cranberry Bliss Balls are a delicious way to mix things up, with chewy cranberries, crunchy pistachios and a lovely pop of orange zest.
These bliss balls are so easy to make, with no need to turn the oven on and just 10 minutes of prep before they go into the fridge. They have a lovely hint of orange and cinnamon and I love how festive they look with the pistachios and cranberries.
I love these wholesome bliss balls tucked alongside the fruit and nuts on a Christmas cheese board, packed into a little gift box or kept in the fridge for an afternoon treat. If you enjoy the coconut and fruit flavours of traditional White Christmas, give these a try. They’re easy to make ahead and far too delicious to save just for December!
