Who says gourmet pizza needs to be complicated? This quick and easy Prosciutto Pizza is bursting with flavour and ready in minutes! Using a crispy pita base, rich Leggo’s pizza sauce, delicate slices of prosciutto, and dollops of pesto, this is a simple yet sophisticated meal perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients

  • Pizza base of choice. I chose pita bread for mine.
  • Leggo’s pizza sauce
  • Grated Cheese
  • Proscuitto
  • Marinated goat’s cheese
  • Pesto
  • Rocket

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200ºC (fan-forced). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats up.
  2. Place your pizza base on a chopping board or flat surface.
  3. Spread Leggo’s pizza sauce evenly over the base, then sprinkle lightly with grated cheese.
  4. Tear the prosciutto into pieces and scatter over the pizza. Add crumble marinated goat’s cheese on top.
  5. Transfer to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with dollops of pesto and fresh rocket.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
