Quick and Easy Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Doritos corn chips
  • 1 jar Old El Paso Nacho/Taco sauce
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • Optional extras:
  • Sour cream/Greek yoghurt
  • Coriander, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven 180º - 200ºC and line a baking tray with alfoil and baking paper.
  2. Layer the chips on the bottom of the tray.
  3. Scatter the sauce over the chips (I used about ½ - ¾ of the jar)
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  5. Pop in the oven for 4-5 minutes. Or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve as is, or you can add sour cream/Greek yoghurt and coriander if desired
