Sweet Raspberry Sorbet

Summer calls for simple, refreshing desserts — and my Sweet Raspberry Sorbet is an absolute favourite!

This quick and easy dairy-free sorbet is made with just 4 ingredients and a trusty food processor, taking less than 5 minutes to whip up.

Perfect for hot summer days, it transforms frozen raspberries (or your favourite frozen fruits) into a creamy, dreamy treat everyone will love.

I love using a mix of berries, mango or even dragon fruit - that bright pink colour makes it so fun and inviting! Serve it straight away for a soft texture or freeze it for an easy-to-scoop, ice-cream-style dessert.

Whether you’re after a refreshing summer treat, a fun dessert for the kids or a quick sweet fix, this homemade sorbet is the perfect way to cool down without spending hours in the kitchen.
