Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, butterflied in half
- ½ cup tomato sugo or pasta sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato pizza sauce
- 1–2 cups grated cheese
- 5 garlic cloves, finely diced
- ¼ red onion, finely diced
- ¼–½ capsicum, finely diced
- Handful of fresh basil, shredded
- 1 slice ham, finely sliced (optional)
- 4 button mushrooms, finely diced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the passata and pizza sauce.
