Ingredients

  • 250g block cream cheese, softened
  • 250g jar corn relish

Instructions

  1. Chop the softened cream cheese into chunks.
  2. Place cream cheese and corn relish into a food processor.
  3. Blitz until smooth, creamy and well combined.
  4. Spoon into a serving bowl and serve with your favourite crackers.

Notes

TOP TIPS:

  • Soften the cream cheese: Leave it out for 20–30 minutes so it blends smoothly with no lumps.
  • Chunky or smooth: Blitz briefly for a chunkier dip, or longer for ultra-creamy.
  • Make ahead: This dip tastes even better after chilling for 30 minutes.
  • Serving classic: Chicken Crimpy, Jatz or Ritz crackers are non-negotiable for full nostalgia.
