  • Midweek → Simple recipes that take 30 minutes or less.

  • Weekends → A little more time for something special, like a family roast.

Once you know what your week looks like, slot in meals that work with your schedule - not against it.

  • Sport night: Use the slow cooker.

  • Late work meeting: Go for something prepped ahead or freezer-friendly.

  • Quiet Sunday: Plan a more relaxed, special meal.

This small step removes the daily dinner decision stress and helps you cook more intentionally.

Favourites in our house include Beef Ragu, Roast Lamb and Pulled Pork Burgers.  Perfect for nights when everyone’s eating at different times.
