Fruit and Nut Bark

Growing up, Dad was always a big fan of Fruit & Nut and Old Gold dark chocolate. He would often hide a block somewhere so we couldn’t find it, saving it as his own little treat. So whenever I think of Dad and his favourite chocolate, those two classics immediately come to mind.

This easy Fruit and Nut Chocolate Bark combines the best of both. Rich dark chocolate is scattered with sweet dried fruit and crunchy nuts to create a simple yet indulgent treat that takes only minutes to prepare.

Choose Dad’s favourite combination of fruit and nuts, then break the bark into pieces and package it in a jar, gift box or cellophane bag. It’s a thoughtful homemade Father’s Day gift that’s every bit as enjoyable to give as it is to eat.
