Some nights, dinner just needs to be easy.

This tortellini bake is one of those go-to dinners I rely on when I don’t have the time or energy to overthink it. No big prep, no complicated steps… just something warm, cheesy and guaranteed to be eaten.

With pre-made tortellini, a jar of tomato basil sauce and a good handful of cheese, you can throw this together in minutes and pop it straight in the oven. It’s simple, comforting and a really budget-friendly way to get dinner on the table fast.

It’s the kind of recipe that saves your weeknights… and one the whole family will happily eat (no convincing required).

Perfect for busy weeknights, back-to-school chaos or those nights when you really don’t feel like cooking… but still want something everyone will eat.

This is one of those dinners I keep in rotation, along with my Asian Beef Mince. Both are quick, easy and always get eaten without complaints (which is a win in my house).
