This tortellini bake is a quick and easy family dinner made with pre-made tortellini, tomato basil sauce and melted cheese. Ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 625g pre-made tortellini
- 1–2 jars tomato basil pasta sauce (passata or sugo)
- 2-3 handfuls grated cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C fan-forced and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.
- Cook tortellini according to instructions on the pasta.
- Drain and transfer to baking dish.
- Pour over sauce and gently stir to coat. Start with 1 jar and add more sauce as needed.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes until melted and golden.
