If you're looking for a quick and easy breakfast on the go, this Banana Smoothie is ready in just a couple of minutes and is one to add to your regular rotation.

Lately, it’s become one of my favourite smoothies. Being perimenopausal, I've been making a conscious effort to include a little more protein and fibre in my mornings and this smoothie has been such an easy (and delicious!) way to do that.

Made with simple everyday ingredients, banana, milk and yoghurt create the perfect creamy base, while oats, chia seeds, flaxseed meal and hemp seeds add protein, fibre, wholegrains and plant-based omega-3s to make it even more satisfying.

Whether you're rushing out the door, working from home or looking for a nourishing afternoon snack, this Banana Smoothie is one you'll find yourself making again and again.
